The Challenge

Mindspace sought to bring together leaders from tenant companies and the Mindspace REIT ecosystem through The Leadership Table. The intent was to mark the brand’s growth – from Q-City to The Square, 110 Financial District – while creating a space for collaboration, conversation, and shared vision.

The ask was to design a leadership gathering that felt strategic yet personal. The challenge laid in creating an environment that encouraged meaningful dialogue and connection – without feeling transactional, overly formal, or agenda-driven.
