Role Overview
As a Business Growth Associate, you will drive Crewtangle’s growth by building a strong pipeline of business opportunities while enabling leadership with meaningful business reporting and commercial intelligence.
Business Development (70%)
- Research and identify prospective clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and schedule meetings for leadership.
- Own the top-of-the-funnel pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate pitch submissions with internal teams.
Business Reporting & Intelligence (30%)
- Maintain the Business Development Tracker, CRM and sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline health and business performance.
- Analyse outreach effectiveness and conversion trends.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
- Present actionable insights for leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in experiential marketing, branding, advertising or B2B services preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Commercially aware, analytical and target-driven.
