We are currently seeking a skilled HR & Admin Manager with a proven track record in HR and Recruitment to join our team. This role will play a critical part in building our team and supporting our dynamic projects.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to build strong teams by understanding current gaps and identifying the right talent to fill them.
- Develop a talent pipeline and establish partnerships with universities and industry networks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Handle HR administration tasks such as employee benefits, managing vendor relationships, and processing expenses, reimbursements, and vouchers.
Culture, Engagement, and Development:
- Create and implement initiatives to build a strong company culture and improve employee engagement.
- Organize team-building events, social activities, and recognition programs.
- Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s image and attract top talent.
- Enable and encourage team members to focus on holistic learning and continuous upskilling.
- Support new team members in settling in and assist exiting team members in a smooth transition.
- Gather feedback throughout each stage of the employee lifecycle and present actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all people policies and processes are metric-driven and aligned with business objectives.
HR Strategy and Compliance:
- Routinely investigate people trends and benchmark best practices to keep the organization competitive.
- Track, analyze, and report on HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR best practices; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
