Tenable is a leading cybersecurity company helping organisations understand and manage their cyber exposure. Tenable Exposure Con Bengaluru brought together cybersecurity leaders, partners, CISOs and CXOs for a day of thought leadership, product conversations, networking and experiential engagement.

The Brief

The brief was to create an immersive cybersecurity conference that brought together business conversations, partner engagement and customer networking within one cohesive experience. The event was designed across two sessions—a focused morning programme for partners and an evening experience for customers—while maintaining a consistent Tenable Exposure Con identity throughout.

The Challenge

The key challenge was to create an experience that went beyond a conventional corporate conference. While the event needed to maintain a professional and premium environment suited to a CISO and CXO audience, it also needed engaging touchpoints that encouraged interaction, networking and participation beyond the conference sessions.

The Solution

Crewtangle managed the event end-to-end, bringing together production, branding, guest management, entertainment and experiential activities across both sessions.

The Tenable Exposure Con identity was carried consistently across the venue through stage and podium branding, registration, event collaterals, badges, lanyards and interactive zones.

The conference content was complemented by experiential elements that allowed guests to relax, interact and connect in a more informal setting—creating a balance between thought leadership, business conversations and memorable experiences.

Key Experience Elements

The Yellow Sofa Photobooth by Snapit became a distinctive visual and interactive element, giving guests an opportunity to capture and share moments from the event. The morning session featured a hands-on Terrarium-Making Experience by Trove, offering guests a creative break from the conference format. The evening programme continued with the photobooth and featured a Mentalist & Illusionist performance by Nikhil, adding an element of surprise and entertainment to the customer experience. Guests were also presented with customised laptop sleeves as thoughtful takeaways from the event.
