The Challenge

For one of the most high-profile AI summits in the country, Prisma AI needed more than a standard exhibition stall.

The ask was to :

  • Create a futuristic 176 sq. meter experience zone
  • Showcase a complex Vision AI ecosystem in a way that felt accessible and engaging
  • Stand out in a high-intensity innovation environment
  • Translate deep tech into spatial storytelling

The challenge lay in designing a booth that communicated credibility and scale while still inviting interaction and curiosity.

The Solution

Crewtangle conceptualised and built a 176 sq. meter futuristic innovation lab, designed to feel like stepping into tomorrow.

Design Concept:
A live AI experience zone where technology wasn’t just displayed — it was demonstrated.

Key elements included:

  • A futuristic open booth layout designed for visibility and flow
  • Immersive 3D LED wall integrations
  • Interactive demo zones showcasing real-world AI applications

All presented through real enterprise and government use cases — not simulations, but deployment-ready AI in action.

Design Approach

The booth was designed as an immersive innovation environment rather than a product showcase.
