Namaha Healthcare sought to celebrate the 75th birthday of Dr. Vipul Kapadia through an event that reflected his legacy, values, and the relationships he has built over the years.

The objective was to create an experience that felt elegant, meaningful, and deeply personal while bringing together family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers under one roof.

The Challenge

This was more than a birthday celebration—it was a milestone event honouring a remarkable journey.

• Design an experience that encouraged guest interaction rather than passive attendance
• Introduce personalised elements that guests could take away as keepsakes
• Blend celebration, wellness, entertainment, and engagement into a single cohesive experience
• Manage multiple vendors and experiential activities while maintaining a seamless flow throughout the event

The challenge lay in creating an event that felt intimate and personal despite hosting a large gathering of guests.

The Solution

Crewtangle conceptualised and executed the entire celebration, transforming the venue into an experience-led environment where every touchpoint contributed to storytelling, connection, and memory-making.

The event design featured warm terracotta and peach tones, floral accents, bespoke installations, and interactive experiences that encouraged guests to participate rather than simply observe.

Key Experience Elements

Bespoke Event Décor & Styling

Crewtangle designed and executed the complete visual identity and décor for the celebration.

The venue was transformed using a warm colour palette, floral arrangements, customised signages, elegant table styling, and experiential installations that created a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere.

Memory Wall Installation

A dedicated “Love, Laughter & Memories” installation encouraged guests to leave personal messages, wishes, and memories for Dr. Kapadia.

This interactive element became one of the emotional highlights of the celebration, allowing attendees to contribute to a collective keepsake.

Live Calligraphy Experience

A personalised calligraphy station was curated where guests could have their signatures transformed into custom luggage tags.

Each piece was created live, turning a simple interaction into a memorable takeaway and adding a layer of craftsmanship to the experience.

Wellness & Immunity Experience

A specially curated wellness corner offered guests symbolic protective jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets, and accessories inspired by positivity, energy, and well-being.

The experience aligned with the event’s broader theme of celebrating health, longevity, and wellness.

Tarot Reading Corner

An interactive tarot consultation station added an element of curiosity and discovery, creating meaningful one-on-one moments for guests throughout the evening.

Entertainment & Atmosphere

Crewtangle managed the event entertainment, including the DJ setup and overall ambience, ensuring the celebration remained lively, engaging, and enjoyable across generations.

End-to-End Vendor Management

From experiential partners to entertainment and installation execution, Crewtangle coordinated all vendors, ensuring a seamless guest experience and flawless event flow.
