Cipla wanted to launch an internal campaign that would energize its workforce, reinforce wellness initiatives for employees and their dependents, and communicate the company’s focus on speed, progress, and accessibility in a fresh, engaging way.

Crewtangle conceptualized CiplaXpress — a train-themed campaign symbolizing the brand’s continuous journey toward health, speed, and progress.

  • Crafted employee engagement kits featuring stress balls, ticket coupons, and Snakes & Ladders-inspired tent cards.
