Event Overview
All You Can Fest 2026 was held from 26th to 28th June 2026 at Jio World Garden, Mumbai, bringing together fashion, lifestyle, sneakers, creators, indie labels, music, art, and pop culture communities under one roof. The festival became a vibrant cultural playground for India’s next generation of consumers.
With high-energy brand zones, immersive experiences, creator-led interactions, and a visually competitive environment, the event offered brands an opportunity to connect with a young, expressive, and culture-driven audience.
For Crewtangle, All You Can Fest became a platform to bring two distinct brand experiences to life for Comet and Lafoli. While Comet’s stall was fabricated and executed by us, Lafoli’s stall was designed, fabricated, and executed end to end by Crewtangle.
Client Overview
Comet
Comet is a culture-first sneaker brand known for blending storytelling, design, and community into every consumer interaction. At All You Can Fest 2026, the brand wanted to create an experience rooted in Indian culture while staying true to its contemporary sneaker identity.
Crewtangle partnered with Comet as the fabrication and execution partner, translating the approved creative vision into a high-quality physical experience.
Lafoli
Lafoli is a fashion and lifestyle brand known for its contemporary aesthetic and trend-driven collections. For its presence at All You Can Fest 2026, the brand wanted a stall that would stand out in a space filled with creator-led experiences, independent labels, and pop culture activations.
Crewtangle was brought on board to design, fabricate, and execute the Lafoli stall, creating a space that balanced visual appeal, brand storytelling, and functionality.
The Challenge
All You Can Fest was a visually crowded and fast-moving festival environment, which meant each stall had to be distinctive, durable, engaging, and production-ready within tight timelines.
For Comet, the challenge was to fabricate a stall that captured the essence of vintage Indian matchbox culture while maintaining the brand’s modern sneaker identity. The concept relied heavily on detailed graphics, bold storytelling, custom display units, and high-impact branded elements that needed to be executed with precision.
For Lafoli, the challenge was different. The brief evolved continuously, requiring multiple rounds of ideation, design development, and revisions. Three to four complete stall routes were explored before the final direction was locked. Significant changes continued until the day before the festival, which meant design, fabrication, production, and execution had to move almost simultaneously.
Across both projects, the key challenge was to deliver visually strong, functional, and festival-ready brand spaces without compromising on quality, detailing, or timelines.
The Solution
Crewtangle approached both stalls with a clear focus on creative translation, production detailing, and seamless on-ground execution.
For Comet, we handled the complete fabrication and execution of the stall. Inspired by classic Indian matchbox artwork, the stall featured vibrant graphic walls, bold visual storytelling, an illuminated Comet logo, custom sneaker display units, and interactive display elements inspired by oversized matchboxes. Branded touchpoints such as the Maachis and Vada Pav experience zones were executed with attention to detail, ensuring the space felt immersive, memorable, and true to the approved creative direction.
For Lafoli, Crewtangle managed the project from concept to completion. The team worked through multiple design explorations, 3D visualisations, material planning, vendor coordination, production, fabrication, installation, and last-minute modifications. Despite the evolving brief and tight timeline, the final stall was delivered on time, creating a modern, inviting, and visually engaging space that reflected Lafoli’s brand language.
