Client Servicing Manager – Events

Job Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager with expertise in corporate events to lead client relationships and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have strong event planning skills, experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for events, and a knack for enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional service and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team & Client Management:
    • Lead and mentor the Client Servicing team and in-house event team.
    • Build lasting client relationships and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Event Strategy & Execution:
    • Oversee event strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
    • Manage P&L statements to maintain budget control and meet financial goals.
  • Client Service Excellence:
    • Establish and maintain high-quality client service protocols.
    • Resolve client issues professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Compile reports to assess KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a client-facing role within corporate events.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L for events and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
