We need to hire a Brand Strategist with 5years of experience who will be responsible for shaping and defining brand narratives, developing strategic frameworks, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. This role will encompass three core areas: Branding, Campaign Strategy, and Design Thinking.

- Branding Strategy & Positioning
- Conduct brand discovery sessions to identify core values, purpose, and unique differentiators.
- Develop brand positioning statements that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Define and document brand values, mission, vision, and personality to create a strong foundation.
- Establish brand tone of voice and guidelines for consistent communication across platforms.
- Create and refine the brand prism to ensure alignment between internal perception and external market presence.
- Guide naming strategies, taglines, and messaging frameworks for new brands or rebrands.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify gaps and positioning opportunities.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to translate strategy into visual and verbal identity.
- Campaign Strategy & Marketing Communications
- Develop integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Build campaign narratives that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Define campaign messaging, content pillars, and key storytelling themes.
- Work with performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in ad creatives and digital campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution across multiple platforms (social media, OOH, digital, print, influencer marketing, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs and insights.
- Collaborate with PR teams to craft brand-aligned press releases and media strategies.
- Lead experiential marketing initiatives and activations that strengthen brand presence.
- Design Thinking & Creative Strategy
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve brand and communication challenges.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure brand experience consistency in digital and physical touchpoints.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative brand experiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual identity systems, packaging, and collateral.
- Define guidelines for typography, color schemes, imagery, and overall brand aesthetics.
- Conduct user research and customer journey mapping to improve brand interactions.
- Guide the creation of brand playbooks and style guides for internal and external teams.
