About the Client

Nucleus is a premium office park in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai, home to a diverse set of corporate tenants. To strengthen tenant engagement and community energy, Nucleus launched the Indoor Sports League, an initiative designed to spark friendly competition, connection, and ongoing involvement.  

The Challenge

Nucleus needed a complete end-to-end engagement activation that would : 

  • Invite tenants to participate in sports 
  • Offer professionally structured league formats 
  • Provide a seamless experience from invites to awards 
  • Include a post-event narrative asset (aftermovie) 

The challenge was to deliver a sporting experience that felt organised, credible, fun, and brand-aligned.
