The Challenge

Finnet Media partnered with Crewtangle to design and execute a team offsite that went beyond routine bonding activities. The ask was clear : create an experience where culture was felt, not discussed.

The challenge lays in crafting an offsite that could bring together 50 individuals with different roles and personalities and turn a few days away into something meaningful – without relying on formality or forced engagement. Every detail needed to feel intentional, personal, and rooted in togetherness rather than performance.

The Solution

Crewtangle curated a three-day offsite experience where chaos was designed to become a connection.

The journey began even before arrival – setting the tone for shared moments and unplanned interactions. Upon check-in, personalised touches like garlands, handwritten notes, customised t-shirts, and thoughtful welcome gestures made every individual feel seen.

Across the offsite, experiences were designed to break hierarchies and invite participation:

  • High-energy team challenges that sparked laughter and collaboration
  • A coffee rave that turned mornings into moments of shared madness
  • The Finnet Olympics, bringing play, competition, and collective cheering into the mix
  • A full-scale mock Indian wedding, complete with haldi, mehndi, baraat entries, and unapologetically enthusiastic dance performances

Nothing was about perfection. Everything was about presence.

The offsite concluded with a town hall that felt earned – where reflection followed joy, and connection preceded conversation.
