We are seeking a Marketing Executive to help us build and grow Crewtangle’s internal brand and presence.
What You’ll Do
- Brand Marketing: Shape and strengthen Crewtangle’s identity through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Content & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.
- Website & Digital Presence: Update and optimize Crewtangle’s website, blogs, and online profiles.
- Employer Branding: Position Crewtangle as a leading creative agency by showcasing our work, culture, and values.
- Awards & PR: Identify award opportunities, craft submissions, and manage PR initiatives to enhance Crewtangle’s reputation.
- Google My Business: Maintain and optimize Crewtangle’s GMB profile to boost visibility and engagement.
- Email & Outreach: Manage newsletters, email marketing, and internal communications.
- Creative Thinking: Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently.
- Experience with Canva, social media tools, and basic marketing analytics is a plus.
- Copywriting skills are an added advantage.
