About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Intern / Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, a good eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs across digital and print platforms.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and develop professional design skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual assets.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, and other branding materials.
- Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all communications.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams on various creative projects.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and typography skills.
- Understanding of branding, color theory, and layout principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.
